I studied Business Marketing at University and gained a BSc, followed by a PGCE degree at Canterbury Christ Church University and latterly a Masters of Education, at the University of Cambridge. After over a decades experience working within the independent and state sector. I am currently the Pastoral Year Leader at Thomas's Clapham in South West London. From the exciting day-to-day wonders to witnessing the astonishing progress children make at this age, working with the youngest children within a school setting is rewarding and highly enjoyable.
The world of education is exciting and ever-changing. As we adapt to the challenges and demands of the 21st century our curriculum and resources must develop and grow to enable us to provide progressive and inspiring places for our children to learn and feel inspired. I am delighted to be part of the governing body at St Mary's and to have the opportunity to play a part in assisting their development and vision.
