We have an active Parents, Teachers and Friends Association at St Mary's. All parents are members of the association. The PTFA has a Facebook page that shares events.

We are inclusive and want as many people to be involved as possible. We all understand that it is all about helping when you can. No one should feel it is an obligation but rather something they help with, as and when they can. Everyone has busy lives and all help is appreciated.

The PTFA works closely with the school to fund projects that help support the school in their aspirations for the learning and wellbeing of all the pupils.

A variety of events have already happened this year. They include:-

• Film Nights
• Christmas Raffle
• Tuck Shop
• Preloved book sale
• School Discos
• Quiz Night 

Money has been raised this year to provide the children with play equipment at play and lunchtimes. This supported the school as we moved to the Relationships and Regulations (Behaviour) Policy.
